4:13-6. Filing of certificate; fee The certificate of incorporation shall be signed by incorporators, and; a. Shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State; and, b. A duly certified copy of said certificate of incorporation shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of Agriculture, who shall charge a filing fee of $5.00.
