§ 4-13-7

4:13-7. Association as body corporate The persons so associating, their successors and assigns, shall, from the date of the filing and recording with the Secretary of State, be a body corporate by the name set forth in the certificate and shall acquire all the rights and privileges granted under the terms of this chapter upon filing with the Secretary of Agriculture.
