§ 4-14-7

4:14-7. Manner of paying expenses The necessary expenses of conducting the state horticultural society shall be audited by its executive committee, approved by its president and attested by its secretary, and shall be presented to the comptroller of the state, who shall pay the same to the treasurer of the society out of the appropriation made for that purpose.
