§ 4-16-30

4:16-30. Co-operation with federal department In the performance of his duties under this article the director of the extension service may act in co-operation with the United States department of agriculture so long as that department continues to operate in this state, but shall not be limited by, or depend upon, the continuance of such work by the United States department of agriculture.
