4:16-31.1. Victory garden program; organizing and guiding The State Agricultural Experiment Station is authorized and directed to organize and guide the educational phases of the victory garden program, and to distribute printed information and provide assistance through demonstrations and supervision to assure the most effective use of seed, fertilizers and other materials.
