4:24-17.4. Continuance of contracts, liabilities, regulations and other matters; assumption by new district The State Soil Conservation Committee shall make such provisions as are necessary for the continuance in effect of all contracts, liabilities, regulations and other matters of the district or districts to be divided or combined and shall designate the manner in which these contracts, liabilities, regulations and other matters are to be assumed by the districts simultaneously with its granting of approval for division or combining of a district.
