4:27-10.3 Rules, regulations. 2. The Department of Agriculture and the Department of Environmental Protection shall adopt, within 180 days after the date of enactment of this act, rules and regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to develop and implement the aquaculture permitting review program in accordance with section 1 of P.L.2016, c.96 (C.4:27-10.2).
