The State Soil Conservation Committee in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection and the Aquaculture Advisory Council, shall develop, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), management practices for control of soil erosion and sedimentation for aquacultural systems.
