§ 4-3-11-25

4:3-11.25. Other remedies The institution of proceedings for the application of any remedy available pursuant to this act, or the issuance of any order on account thereof, or the imposition of any fine or penalty pursuant to this act shall not operate as a bar or limitation to the application of any other remedy available pursuant to this act or pursuant to any other applicable law.
