4:5-106.10. Impeding or preventing inspections No authorized representative of the department shall be impeded or prevented from entering any garbage-feeding hog farm or any part of any building, or any part of the premises for the purpose of making inspections of the premises and the methods of operation as prescribed by this act or by the rules and regulations of the board as adopted and promulgated under this act.
