4:5-106.4. Licenses; exceptions No person shall operate or conduct a garbage-feeding hog farm as defined in section 1 of this act unless licensed as provided in this act, but this act shall not apply to any person who feeds exclusively his own household garbage to swine which are raised for such person's own use.
