4:5-35. Co-operation by department with local organizations The department may co-operate with an organization or organizations or recommend the formation of a new organization in a county, township, municipality or other designated area and delegate to such organization or organizations any duties it may deem advisable for the purpose of promoting and carrying out the work in connection with the tuberculin testing of cattle for the control and eradication of tuberculosis.
