§ 4-5-41

4:5-41. Notice to owner of special quarantine Any veterinarian, agent or authorized representative of the department establishing a special quarantine shall transmit to the owner or representative a written notice advising of the establishment of the quarantine. Such quarantine shall continue for such time as may be deemed advisable to accomplish the purpose of the quarantine.
