§ 4-5-53

4:5-53. Failure to have retest; penalty Any owner of cattle enrolled in the area or any other plan of testing approved by the department who fails or refuses to have his animals retested when notified by the department shall be considered as violating his agreement and shall become subject to the penalty provided in section 4:5-75 of this title.
