4:5-75.10. Disposal of animals killed Animals killed pursuant to this act shall be buried at least four feet beneath the surface of the ground, or shall be otherwise disposed of in accordance with instructions issued by the department, at the expense of the department or at the joint expense of the department and the United States Department of Agriculture.
