4:5-75.14. Compliance by owner with laws and regulations as prerequisite to payment of claims by State The department shall not pay any claims arising out of the slaughter of animals affected by or exposed to the disease or the destruction of materials contaminated by or exposed to the disease if it be determined that the owner has not complied with all the quarantine and other regulations of the department and the provisions of this act.
