§ 4-5-93-24

4:5-93.24. Expense of inspection and test If the owner complies with the provisions of the agreement and rules and regulations made by the board under sections two and three of this act, the expense of any such test, vaccination or other treatment may be borne by the department, except that in certain instances the department may, with the owner's approval, authorize test, vaccination or other treatment to be made without expense to the State.
