4:5-93.25. Certificate showing freedom from disease Whenever official tests of any herd of live stock are made and such live stock is found to be free from brucellosis, a certificate setting forth such fact may be issued by the director of the division when authorized by the board; provided, all rules and regulations and provisions of any agreement, under the plan adopted by the board for the control and eradication of brucellosis in the herd, shall have been complied with.
