4:9-15.33. Rules and regulations The State Board of Agriculture, after public hearing and due notice, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act (P.L.1968, c. 410, C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), may adopt such rules and regulations as it deems necessary to carry into effect the full intent and purposes of this act.
