4:9-22. Definitions As used in this article: 'Director' means the director of the New Jersey agricultural experiment station. 'Experiment station' means the New Jersey agricultural experiment station. 'Legume inoculants' means any material which contains the nitrogen-gathering organism known as Bacillus radicicola and which is sold, offered or exposed for sale in this state for the purpose of conveying organisms of Bacillus radicicola.
