§ 4-9-24

4:9-24. Annual statement filed with director A person offering or exposing for sale legume inoculants in this state shall file annually with the director, a statement showing the brands of legume inoculants which he intends to sell, offer or expose for sale in this state, together with the name and address of the manufacturer thereof.
