4:9-27. Free examination of samples A citizen of this state may, in accordance with regulations prescribed by the experiment station for this purpose, and by prepaying the transportation charges, send samples of legume inoculants to the experiment station for examination and analysis, and such examination or analysis shall be reported upon free of charge.
