§ 40-14b-10

40:14B-10. Limited area In the event that prior to the creation of a municipal authority of a county the governing body of any municipality located in said county shall have created or joined in the creation of a municipal authority or a sewerage authority, the area within the territorial limits of such municipality shall not be part of the district of the municipal authority of said county.
