40:14B-67. Filing of copy of bond resolution Each municipal authority shall file a copy of each bond resolution adopted by it with the Director of the Division of Local Government in the Department of the Treasury, together with a summary of the dates, amounts, maturities and interest rates of all bonds issued pursuant thereto.
