§ 40-34a-2

40:34A-2. Establishment as part of county's public parking system; municipal public utility of county Said board by resolution may determine and establish that any one or more or all of such off-street parking facilities shall be part of the county's public parking system which shall constitute a municipal public utility of the county for any purpose provided under the local bond law or the local budget law.
