40:37A-121. Members of authority or persons executing; nonliability Neither the members of the authority nor any person executing bonds, bond anticipation notes or other notes or obligations issued pursuant to this act shall be liable personally on such bonds, bond anticipation notes or other notes or obligations by reason of the issuance thereof.
