40:37A-122. Purchase; power of authority The authority shall have power to purchase bonds, bond anticipation notes or other notes or obligations of the authority out of any funds available therefor. The authority may hold, cancel or resell such bonds, bond anticipation notes or other notes or obligations subject to and in accordance with agreements with holders of its bonds, bond anticipation notes and other notes or obligations.
