40:37A-51. Compensation of members; reimbursement for expenses The members of an authority shall serve without compensation, but the authority may reimburse its members for necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties. L.1960, c. 183, p. 735, s. 8, eff. Jan. 18, 1961.
