§ 40-54a-4

40:54A-4. Duty of authority Every authority created under this act shall have the responsibility and obligation: To plan, construct and maintain in and for the municipality, a seaquarium as provided and designated in section 1 of this act. L.1964, c. 103, s. 4, eff. May 29, 1964.
