40:54D-22 Applicability of 'Local Public Contracts Law.' 22. All purchases, contracts or agreements made by the authority pursuant to P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.) shall be made or awarded pursuant to the 'Local Public Contracts Law,' P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.).
