40:54D-26. Application for proposed project financing 26. Prior to the adoption of any resolution of an authority authorizing the issuance of notes or bonds for a tourism project, an application for the proposed project financing shall be submitted to the Local Finance Board for review and findings pursuant to the 'Local Authorities Fiscal Control Law,' P.L.1983, c.313 (C.40A:5A-1 et seq.).
