40:54D-30 Immunity from personal liability on bonds. 30. Neither the members of an authority nor any person executing bonds or notes issued pursuant to P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.) shall be liable personally on the bonds or notes by reason of the issuance thereof.
