'Landmark' as substitute The word 'landmark' may substitute, in any ordinance, resolution, determination or official action pursuant to the 'Municipal Land Use Law' (C. 40:55D-1 et seq.) and this amendatory and supplementary act, for 'historic,' 'historic preservation' and 'historic site.'
