40:55D-136.17 Pinelands permits extended. 11. All underlying municipal, county, and State permits or approvals within the regional growth areas, villages, and towns, designated in the comprehensive management plan prepared and adopted by the Pinelands Commission pursuant to section 7 of the 'Pinelands Protection Act,' P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-8), are extended L.2020, c.53, s.11.
