40:55D-161 Right to farm benefits. 25. Agricultural land involved in an approved development transfer ordinance shall be provided the right to farm benefits under the 'Right to Farm Act,' P.L.1983, c.31 (C.4:1C-1 et al.) and other benefits that may be provided pursuant to the 'Agriculture Retention and Development Act,' P.L.1983, c.32 (C.4:1C-11 et seq.).
