40:55D-40.1. Definitions 1. As used in this act: 'Board' means the Site Improvement Advisory Board established by this act; 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Community Affairs; 'Department' means the Department of Community Affairs; and 'Site improvement' means any construction work on, or improvement in connection with, residential development, and shall be limited to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures, and utilities.
