40:55D-88.7 No approval extended, tolled to the 'Peter J. Barnes III Wildlife Preservation Commission.' 7. Notwithstanding any provision of P.L.2008 c.78 (C.40:55D-136.1 et seq.) to the contrary, no approval, as defined therein, within the Peter J.
