40:66A-31.15. Preemption of solid waste disposal system by incinerator authority In the event an incinerator authority has been established in a county pursuant to the provisions of chapter 348 of the laws of 1948 (C. 40:66A-1 et seq.), the 'incinerator authorities law,' no county shall establish any competitive solid waste disposal system within such county under the provisions of this act without the consent of such existing authority.
