40:68A-41. Facility charges Every municipal port authority is hereby authorized to fix, charge and collect rents, rates, fees or other charges (in this act sometimes referred to as 'facility charges' ) in connection with, or for the use, or services of, the port system, and for all services sold, furnished or supplied directly or indirectly through the port system.
