40:11-25. Inclusion of necessary amounts in budget The governing body of a municipality or the board of chosen freeholders of a county awarding any pension pursuant to this act shall include in the municipal or county budget, as the case may be, a sum sufficient to pay fully any pension allowed under sections 1 and 2 of this act and cause the same to be raised by taxation as other municipal or county revenues are raised.
