40:14-14. Money raised by taxation The moneys so appropriated with a sum sufficient to meet the interest thereon shall be included in the next annual tax levy of the county or municipality which shall have appropriated such moneys and shall be raised in the same manner and at the same time as other taxes are raised therein.
