§ 40-14-7

40:14-7. Bonds; law applicable Bonds and temporary improvement notes may be issued by each or any of the counties or municipalities joining in such agreement and work, to be issued in accordance with article 1 of chapter 1 of this title (s. 40:1-1 et seq.).
