40:19-7. Vote required for adoption; board to provide accommodations If a majority of the legal voters voting at the election shall vote YES the board of chosen freeholders shall thereupon provide suitable lands and buildings necessary for the accommodation of the courts and officers, and for the transaction of the business of the county in the municipality to which the change shall be made, and shall suitably furnish and equip such buildings.
