Submission at presidential primary The question of the adoption or rejection of sections 40:20-2 to 40:20-19 of this title may be submitted to the voters at a primary election for presidential delegates to be held as provided by Title 19, Elections, when a petition therefor, signed by at least one thousand legal voters of the county, shall have been filed with the county clerk at least twenty days before the election. The general laws relating to elections shall be applicable, as far as practicable, to this election.
