§ 40-20-81

40:20-81. Director to appoint members of committees The director of the board of chosen freeholders shall name the members of all committees of the board, except where otherwise provided by law. He may, with the consent of a majority of the members of the board, but not otherwise, discharge any member of any committee from further service thereon.
