40:23-18. Costs and expenses; appropriations; bond issues The board of chosen freeholders may raise and disburse all necessary money, either by taxation or the issuance of bonds in the manner provided by law, to pay its respective share of the cost of carrying out any joint contract authorized by sections 40:23-14 to 40:23-17 of this title.
