40:23-21. Contents of resolution; fees fixed The proposed resolution shall prescribe the method of location, arrangement, installation and use of the wires and appliances, and shall fix the powers and duties of the inspector thereof, as the board shall from time to time deem necessary for the protection of life and property, and fix fees for each inspection not exceeding ten dollars.
