§ 40-23-23

40:23-23. Inspection; certificate by inspector After the passage of such resolution no person shall put in use any electrical wires, appliances and currents for the purposes set forth in section 40:23-20 of this title which shall not have been inspected and approved by the inspector of the county appointed for that purpose. The inspector shall furnish a certificate of inspection to any person applying therefor.
