§ 40-23-5-2

40:23-5.2. Assignment of activities and functions When created, the board of chosen freeholders shall assign such activities and functions to whatever county office, board, department or agency it deems feasible, whether previously existing or not. L.1962, c. 124, s. 2, eff. July 25, 1962.
