§ 40-23-5-3

40:23-5.3. Appropriation The board of chosen freeholders is authorized to appropriate, at its discretion, in any authorized manner, sufficient money to permit the activities and functions authorized by this act, including the engagement of staff and consultants, office space, equipment, supplies and other facilities required.
